La Casa de la Buganvilla is a rural house located in Las Presillas, a small and typical andalusian village in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Níjar in the province of Almería, Andalucia. In Las Presillas you will be able to enjoy the silence and will be in direct contact with nature. From the dining room you can see the two largest mountains of the Park.

The apartment is a 50 m2 single space with a lounge-bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The lounge-bedroom has a double bed (135cm.) and a single one (90cm.), a working table, cupboard, armchairs and a firewood stove for the winter. There is room for a couple, a couple with a child or three adults. If necessary we can install another single bed (90cm). The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, dishes and everything you need to cook. It has a fridge/freezer, a gas kitchen and a big table. The bathroom is independent with shower and hot water. There is a little terrace under the window.

High season:
From 1 to April 9, from 1 July to 16 September and Bridges
58 euros/night for one or two people

Mid season:
From April 10 to June 30, from September 17 to October 14,
December 21 to January 8
48 euros/night for one or two people

Low season:
From January 9 to March 31, from 15 October to 20 December
42 euros/night for one or two people

Supplement of 10 euros/night for third person

Reservations :
30% of the entire of the stay. Payment of remaining amount on arrival the first day of stay. Stays of at least 3 days.
