Las Presillas is a small and typical andalusian village located in the midst of the Natural Park of Cabo of Gata-Níjar at the foot of the Volcanic Crater of Majada Redonda. The stable population doesn't add to more than 25 people. The town is 2 kilometres away from the highway and has no stores, bars or restaurants which makes it the perfect place to reconnect with silence and nature. Nevertheless you can reach the beach quickly (beach of Escullos 3 minutes by car) or go to villages with stores, restaurants and other services (Camping of Escullos, Pozo de los Frailes, La Isleta del Moro, rodalquilar or San José) in a few minutes. Las Presillas is also a starting point for a series of interesting hikes towards the interior of the park or towards some of its beaches. You can still contemplate the stars at night, hear the rooster singing at sunrise, and enjoy the sun and the silence every minute of the day.
