Casa de la Buganvilla is a nice rural house to rent for your holydays located in Las Presillas, a small and typical andalusian village in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Níjar in the province of Almería, Andalusia. The house is a studio equipped with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay, including a double and a single bed, kitchen, dining table, chairs and coffee table and an independent bathroom. Outside, at a very quiet street with no traffic, there is a very quite space with a bench, table and chairs under a large buganvilla.

The house is located in Las Presillas, a small and typical andalusian village in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Níjar in the province of Almería in Andalusia. In Las Presillas you will be able to enjoy the silence and will be in direct contact with nature. The Natural Park of Cabo de Gata is a paradise for rural tourism. A semi-desert landscape, sun and rural roads with cliffs on the Mediterranean coast, volcanic mountains in the interior and with native vegetation.

Features of the house

The apartment is a 50 m2 single space with a lounge-bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

The lounge-bedroom has a double bed (135 cm.) and a sofa, a working table, cupboard, armchairs and a firewood stove (and other electric one) for the winter. From the lounge-bedroom room you can see the two largest mountains of the Park. It is adequate for two people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, dishes and everything you need to cook. It has a fridge/freezer, a gas kitchen and a big table.

The bathroom is independent with shower and hot water.

There is a little terrace (outdoor) under the window, with a bench, table and chairs under a large buganvilla.

Low season:
